How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at support@superideoita.com. After this time, we will not be able to make any changes.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not home, we will reschedule delivery for the next day, or our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on your country and chosen shipping method.

If the package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.

How do I track my order? Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please email support@superideoita.com.

What are pre-order items? Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-order items are items that you order before they are in stock. You can cancel your order before it is processed. To cancel, please email support@superideoita.com.

I ordered a set of pre-order items, will they all work perfectly?

We will ship all items together once they are all in stock. If you would like to receive items that arrive earlier than the pre-order items, please email support@superideoita.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. The item must be in its original condition, with the return label and hygiene seal intact. The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.

superideoita.com offers a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

All returned items can be shipped to our return warehouse in the United States.

How to request a return?

Requesting a return has never been easier!

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. To return an item, please send an email to support@superideoita.com within 14 days of receiving your package, using the email address you used when placing your order.

Please note that, except for defective items, we cannot refund the original shipping costs of returned items. We also cannot refund return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a new item or issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

We are not responsible for items lost during the return process. We recommend that you return items using registered mail and retain the tracking information.

What if the item you received is damaged or defective?

We are committed to ensuring the high quality of all items sold. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send an email to support@superideoita.com, and we will verify it for you as soon as possible!
